Welcome to Abbey Lodge Rest Home, a family run residential care home based just outside the beautiful Cinque Port town of Hythe on the Kentish coast.

We’ve offered the very best in residential care to the elderly for over a decade offering comfortable surroundings, friendly and courteous carers, regular trips and activities and beautifully landscaped gardens for our residents to spend their time in.

At Abbey Lodge we care about:

• Regular day trips in small groups with a carer
• Spacious and en-suite private rooms

We have recently completed a substantial refurbishment and enhancement of Abbey Lodge which now has six additional bedrooms, newly landscaped gardens, a six person passenger lift and a dedicated activity area which has created a pleasant quiet area.

We are now looking to take bookings for our new rooms, which include two double rooms for couples, siblings or two people who would like to share a room.

Prospective residents and their families are always welcome to visit. Residents can stay for short breaks and trial periods so that you can get a really good feel for how life is here.
